Quartz Cut
Step out already moisturized.
Foam hides the leg you're working on, and strips it while you go. This is a clear shave oil of olive, castor and macadamia — you read every plane, and the water turns it to milk. No foam. No lotion. No second step.
A shave oil of olive, castor and macadamia, poured by hand in small dated batches. Glass with real weight, wool, linen — and three beats that end with your moisturizer already on. Step out finished.

The ritual
Run the shower hot and let the room fog over. Warm skin takes the oil furthest.
A small pour per leg. Work plane by plane — the clear film shows you every pass.
It's already milk. One pass, like wiping off excess — you're polishing it in.
Why it works
Foam cleans by stripping — which is why you owe your skin lotion afterwards. Oil never strips, so the debt is never created.
No foam, no surfactants, nothing that squeaks. The oil cushions the razor, conditions as it goes, and leaves skin soft enough that there is no step two. The moisturizer isn't included. It's unnecessary.
The objects
Stonewashed linen. Softens every wash, never pills.
Wool felt, raw edge. The travel case, tied not zipped.
Two-piece board, hand-stamped. Paper, wood wool, cotton.
Amber glass with real weight. Aluminum, not bamboo-wrapped plastic. A travel roll in wool felt. Cloths in stonewashed linen. Everything in the box is paper, wood wool, and cotton — materials that get better with use, holding an oil that's made to be used up.
Where we haven't solved plastic yet — the cap liner — we'll tell you, not hide it.
"I made it for my own legs, out of necessity. Then I gave jars to my mom friends and told them nothing — just try this. Every one of them came back saying it was the best shave of their life, asking where to get more. I didn't have an answer yet. This is the answer."
